Platspin Powerrecon CPU

Hi, I've been provided powerrecon CPU analysis for a numebr of VMs and need to understand the detail.

e.g. output states CPU Count, Total Cores, and Normalised speed. How can these figures be used to establish number of vSphere hosts required. On monst VMs the CPU and Total Core is the same, but on 3 VMs the Total Cores > CPU Count - is this possible?

Regards to 'Normalised speed' how can this be used for analysis?
