Allow guest internet access but not network resources

I have two NIC's on my host computer (running Windows 7).

How can I allow the guest VM (windows server) access to the internet but none of my other network resources (shared computers, routers, e.g)?  I want it completely isolated.

Here's my network setup:

NIC1 (my main network) - Gateway/ = 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0

I tried the following settings to NIC2, dedicated to VMWARE:

Disable all protocols except VMWare Bridge Protocol and TCP/IP.

I think I need to setup a different subnet on NIC2, e.g. 192.168.2.1.  I tried that and set the virtual network editor to bidge NIC2 (via vmnet2)  to my VM but its still sees all network resources and shares, it is still receiving an IP address from my main DHCP server.

How do I do this?  If it matters im running dd-wrt on my router if there's something I need to do there.
